Anders Henriksson, Chief Executive Officer

Anders Henriksson

Since joining the Orc group in 2000 and prior to taking on the position of CEO for CameronTec, Anders was instrumental in building Orc’s business across the Benelux, Central and Eastern European regions. Prior to joining Orc Software, Anders worked as a management consultant with Andersen Consulting (Accenture), where he consulted to a number of global financial service organizations on major IT projects. Anders was also a Director at E2E Infotech Ltd, initially a joint venture between UBM (investment bank of UniCredit), Orc Software and the Founders. E2E developed from a start-up company with four founders to a global consultancy with 50+ employees in Anders’ tenure as Director.

Anders holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Lund Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science in International Business Administration from School of Economics and Management at Lund University and an Executive MBA from Bled School of Management.


Annie Walsh, Chief Marketing Officer

Annie Walsh

Annie Walsh drives marketing strategy for CameronTec globally and is a member of its executive management team. Since joining Annie has conceptualized, branded and launched the company.

Annie has lead worldwide marketing initiatives for global technology companies for the past 10+ years. Prior to CameronTec, she was Chief Marketing Officer for parent company Orc Software (SSE: ORC), where her responsibilities included its newly-focused marketing strategy and revitalized branding initiative. While at Orc, Annie was a member of its executive management team, and her mandate included investor relations.

Prior to Orc Software Annie was Marketing Director for Cameron Systems, from 2001 through 2006. Before this tenure, she held executive marketing management positions with a number of Asia Pacific e-commerce, technology and publishing companies.

In 2011 Annie was elected Co-Chair of the FIX Protocol Membership Committee.

Annie’s qualifications and studies include Bachelor of Arts; Communications & Marketing, RMIT University, Graduate Diploma (Defamation), Media Law, Melbourne University, and Bachelor of Arts: Social Anthropology and General & Comparative Literature, Monash University.

Annie has worked from a handful of destinations including London, Stockholm, Sydney and Melbourne.


Steve Christinson, Chief Technology Officer

Steve Christinson

Steve joined the Orc Group in 2006 following the acquisition of Cameron Systems. With 18 years experience in commercial software production, Steve’s background includes 6 years working in the financial services sector, specializing specifically in FIX engines, FIX based applications, FIX enabling exchanges and exchange connectivity.

Steve’s deep knowledge of CameronFIX and the FIX protocol was gained working with and developing CameronFIX technology over 5+ years.

Prior to joining Cameron Systems in early 2005, Steve worked in the telecommunications sector, gaining valuable expertise in distributed and real time systems, high speed communications, embedded systems development and GUI development.

Steve holds an Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Degree in Computer Science, University Of Queensland.


Max Colas, Chief Product Officer

Max Colas

Max joined the Orc Group in 2007 to implement product management for CameronFIX globally. His success in establishing a best-practice framework that poised the product for further strong growth, predictable revenue and expansion led him to subsequently accept the role of Chief Product Officer within the CameronTec Management team where he is in charge of product strategy and management for all CameronTec products. His most recent achievements include the launch of Catalys, the new reference infrastructure for FIX ecosystems.

Max commenced working in the financial industry as a software consultant on cash equity sell-side infrastructure in London and New York for the Fidessa group. During this extensive period Max completed professional services and project management assignments at BNP Paribas, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and JPMorgan, where he built and deployed solutions addressing the changing landscape of financial technology; from the emergence of direct market access to regulatory milestones like RegNMS. While at Fidessa, Max held the position of Vice President Marketing and Product Manager for its US direct liquidity access offering. Prior to Fidessa, Max worked on a number of high-technology marketing and publishing projects.

Max studied Economics at the University of Cambridge (England) and is an Ingénieur (MSc) of the Ecole Centrale Paris.
